Please choose the correct HPC-cluster queue as shown below. Failing to do so will delay the answer to your ticket. If your issue is a missing entitlement, please do not use the BwSupportPortal, but contact your university.
Login Issues due to Missing Entitlements
In case of questions or problems regarding your entitlement for using any bwForCluster, please contact your local university's help desk, as this can only be addressed at the university which you are a member of.

Creating a ticket
Tickets can be created and assigned to a support unit through the following steps after login at

Select New Ticket
A new ticket can be created by clicking on the "+"-Symbol in the bottom left:
Navigate the support groups by using the arrows or use the search bar:
Choose a Support Unit
Choose a specific support group:
