In case of questions or problems regarding your entitlement for using any bwForCluster, please contact your local university first level help desk.

2 Registration and HPC Support

In case of more specific questions or problems on the registration procedure or the cluster usage itself, please contact compchem ät bwhpc.de or submit a trouble ticket to Tier-3 HPC Support for Computational Chemistry support unit at bwSupport Portal.
