General Support

For assistance with access to and usage of the bwForCluster BinAC 2, please send an email to hpcmaster@uni-tuebingen.de. This triggers a support ticket in Universitie's ticket system.

You can also open a ticket in the Support Portal ( documentation). As Group choose bwHPC-Support -> bwForCluster BinAC.
