When preparing a publication describing work that involved the usage of SDS@hd, please ensure that you reference the system. The following sample text is suggested as a starting point.

Acknowledgement:

 The authors gratefully acknowledge the data storage service SDS@hd supported by the 
 Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts Baden-Württemberg (MWK) and the
 German Research Foundation (DFG) through grant INST 35/1503-1 FUGG.

In addition, we kindly ask you to notify us of any reports, conference papers, journal articles, theses, posters, talks which contain results obtained on work with SDS@hd by sending an email to sds-hd-requests@urz.uni-heidelberg.de stating:

  • SV acronym (e.g. sd16A000)
  • author(s)
  • title or booktitle
  • journal, volume, pages or editors, address, publisher
  • year.

Such recognition is important for acquiring funding for the next generation hardware, support services, data storage and infrastructure.
