Entitlement
In case of questions or problems regarding your entitlement for using any bwForCluster, please contact your local university first level help desk.
Registration and HPC Support
In case of registration problems or questions about using JUSTUS 2, please submit a trouble ticket at the bwSupport Portal (use the "+" sign to create a new ticket) and assign it to support unit GROUP => bwHPC - Support (green arrow on right side) => bwForCluster JUSTUS.
