bwForCluster entitlement
You need permission from your own university to use a bwForCluster. The permission is called "entitlement" and you will see it as:
http://bwidm.de/entitlement/bwForCluster
in your list data transmitted to other sites.
Each university has their own procedure.

If you do not find your university in the list above, please contact your universitie's service desk.
The bwForCluster entitlement issued by a university assures the operator of a bwForCluster that its university member's compute activities comply with the German Foreign Trade Act (Außenwirtschaftsgesetz - AWG) und German Foreign Trade Regulations (Außenwirtschaftsverordnung - AWV).
