Get SDS@hd Entitlement

New SVs can only be opened by bwIDM members who have the sds-hd-sv entitlement from their home university. This entitlement may have to be applied for individually at the home organisation.

To see if you already have the needed entitlement, you can check your entitlements.

If you need the entitlement, follow the instructions for your home university. If none are provided, please contact your local service desk.

• Universität Heidelberg
  • Employees of Heidelberg University receive this entitlement automatically.
• Universität Hohenheim
• Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)
• Universität Konstanz
• Universität Mannheim
  • Employees of the University of Mannheim receive this entitlement automatically.
• Universität Stuttgart
• Universität Tübingen
• Universität Ulm

Check your Entitlements

1. Log in to https://bwservices.uni-heidelberg.de
2. Go to "Index" -> "Personal Data"
3. Choose the "Shibboleth" tab
4. Search for the following entry: http://bwidm.de/entitlement/sds-hd-sv (this is an attribute and not a link)

If you can find it, you already have the needed entitlement.
