Q: I am having problems logging in to the cluster:

A: What you can do:

Check IP Info.
  • Send us the output of the following command:
 ssh -l username hostname -vvv
 # Example:
 ssh -l fr_ab1234 login.nemo.uni-freiburg.de -vvv

Q: I see 'Status: LOST_ACCESS' in the Registry:

A: Check which of the following requirements are missing:

  • You need the bwForCluster Entitlement. If it is missing, contact the local support of your home university.
  • Check if you are an active member of a compute activity (Rechenvorhaben) and that the RV has not expired: ZAS membership page

Q: I have lost my phone / OTP secret:

A: Add a new OTP secret

Use your Backup TAN list to log in and add a new OTP secret.
