1 Access to bwForCluster for members of Mannheim University
1.1 Obtaining the entitlement
- A valid Mannheim University account is required to access the bwForClusters.
- Log into https://entitlements.uni-mannheim.de and fill in your data.
- If the application is granted, http://bwidm.de/entitlement/bwForCluster will appear during future log-ins. With the entitlement, you are now able to register to the bwForClusters.
- If you encounter any issues, please contact hpc-support@mailman.uni-mannheim.de.
1.2 Terms of Use
As with any other UNIT-service, users of bwForCluster must strictly adhere to the terms of use of Mannheim University.
1.3 Acknowledgement
Publications written with the help of the a bwForCluster must acknowledge the support given by the bwHPC-project.
1.4 Technical details
Login to the cluster is only possible from a university network, i.e. from a computer at the university or via VPN.
