1 Command line interface
Any work is to be done via command line interface. A quick guide can be found here.
2 Software setup
Softwares provided by bwHPC have to be loaded according to your need via the Software Module System.
3 Computation
Any kind of computation on any HPC cluster is done as batch jobs.
