1 First steps on HPC Cluster
1.1 Command line interface
Any work is to be done via command line interface. A quick guide can be found here.
1.2 Software setup
Softwares provided by bwHPC have to be loaded according to your need via the software module system.
1.3 Computation
Any kind of computation on any HPC cluster is done as batch jobs.
