The login issue with bwUniCluster 3.0, which had been occurring since Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00 p.m., has been resolved. |
Our team is working intensively to resolve the problem, in close collaboration with the system’s manufacturer. At this time, we are unable to provide an exact estimate for when the issue will be fully resolved. |
The cause was a software error in the parallel file system, which has since been successfully corrected. |
We do not expect a long‑term outage; therefore, any workspaces that may have expired during the disruption should be easily restorable using ws_restore. |
A patch developed for us by the manufacturer has been applied. However, we would like to point out that we cannot currently completely rule out the possibility that the problem may recur under certain circumstances. |
You can now log in as usual. Please check the results of your calculations and resubmit any jobs that were interrupted. |
