Service Incident Notice: bwUniCluster 3.0 Login Not Possible

We are currently experiencing an issue on bwUniCluster 3.0 that prevents users from logging in. The disruption is caused by a software error in the filesystem. Our team is working intensively to resolve the problem, in close collaboration with the system’s manufacturer. At this time, we are unable to provide an exact estimate for when the issue will be fully resolved.

We do not expect a long‑term outage; therefore, any workspaces that may have expired during the disruption should be easily restorable using ws_restore. We will inform you via the mailing list as soon as there are any updates.
