Registration/bwForCluster/Entitlement

The bwForCluster entitlement issued by a university assures the operator of a bwForCluster that its university member's compute activities comply with the German Foreign Trade Act (Außenwirtschaftsgesetz - AWG) und German Foreign Trade Regulations (Außenwirtschaftsverordnung - AWV).

Step A: bwForCluster Entitlement

Granting access and issuing a user account the registration at the KIT service website

• https://login.bwidm.de (step B).

Registration for one of the bwForClusters requires the

• bwForCluster Entitlement

issued by your university.

Please log in to

• https://login.bwidm.de/user/index.xhtml

to see a list of your entitlements (select tab "Shibboleth" first). If the list "urn:oid:1.3.6.1.4.1.5923.1.1.1.7" contains

 http://bwidm.de/entitlement/bwForCluster 

you already have the entitlement and can skip step A.

The entitlement is called bwForCluster and each university assigns the entitlement only for its own members.
