In case of questions or problems regarding your entitlement for using any bwForCluster, please contact your local university first level help desk.

2 Registration and HPC Support

In case of registration problems or questions about using JUSTUS 2, please submit a trouble ticket at the bwSupport Portal and assign it to support unit bwForCluster JUSTUS.
